CE marking certifies a presumption of conformity: the manufacturer declares that the machine complies with applicable directives and regulations. However, it is the employer&#8217;s responsibility to ensure that the machine actually complies with essential safety requirements before making it available to workers and that it is suitable for the intended use in their specific production context. In the event of an accident, this responsibility does not transfer to the manufacturer.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-05b177c
